Product inspection refers to the working process of using tools, instruments or other analytical methods to check whether various raw materials, semi-finished products and finished products conform to specific technical standards and specifications
 
Inspection process
 
According to the specific requirements of the product, the inspection process is divided into raw material inspection, product production process inspection and finished product inspection.
1. Raw material inspection
The inspection contents of raw materials include:
Confirmation of material list and batch number
Re-inspection of relevant properties of the material sheet, specifications, models, physical and chemical properties, etc.
2. Product production process inspection
Confirmation of product production process: specifically including confirmation of the rationality of the completion process and the implementation of the production process.
Process inspection of product production process: the degree of process documentation, the conformity of personnel and equipment, the conformity of process parameters and document requirements, and the conformity of product process performance.
3. Finished product inspection
Compliance inspection of performance indicators of finished products.
4. Issue inspection report
